I recommend a variety of supplements. I think they can be effective to some extent for the majority of people. I don't believe that all of the supplements listed here will be beneficial for every person. I have found some that work and some that don't. My intention is not to have the most comprehensive or "most proven" recommendations. It is to give you the best information I can and I encourage you to investigate for yourself. I think the best thing you can do is to try things out and make up your own mind. You have to be open minded. I don't have time to answer any of the questions you may have. There are two reasons for this: I am very busy with my work and need to be able to devote a large part of my time to answering questions regarding my work. Secondly, there are a lot of books out there. It is too much to read all of them, especially since there are so many different supplements. I am writing a book. I can answer any questions. I'm a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants and have been in this field for 25 years. I was invited by the American Cancer Society to be a speaker at their Annual Meeting (2012).
